2020 Elf or Doll sized Pasta with Syrup felties

Here is another cute little accessory set including a quick and simple syrup, with and without tackdowns to add elastic for 'holding', and a plate with pasta topped with goodies.  These are feltie sized, made in the hoop, for ease of use with elves and other similar sized dolls/toys.  Includes single files and filled/sorted hoopings for 4x4 and 5x7 hoops.
